This week’s employee spotlight is Richard Milligan.
Richard Milligan is new to law enforcement. He has been with the Manor Police Department since November of this year. Richard has a total of 3 years active in the Army and remains in the Army Reserves. While serving our country in Iraq, Richard was awarded the Purple Heart Medal for his injuries. Richard enjoys hunting and golf in his spare time. He is married to Marlena Milligan and they have 2 children.
