Sex Offender
The City of Manor has Ordinances in place that prevent certain types of sex offenders to move into the city limits. However, a handful of sex offenders that fall under this category are grandfathered in and therefor permitted to remain in their residents until they move. The Criminal Investigation Division of the Manor Police Department is responsible for the compliance of these individuals. Should you have a neighbor that is a registered sex offender and you witness suspicious activity, you are asked to call 911 or report your non-emergency concerns to police@cityofmanor.org.
