As of July 5, 2016, the City of Manor has partnered with the Capitol Area Council of Governments and the Louisiana-based South Central Planning & Development Commission to offer the MyPermitNow (www.mygovernmentonline.org) online permitting system for accepting and processing a variety of building, trade, zoning and development applications. Residents, contractors, design professionals and others are able to apply online for permits, upload plans in pdf format, obtain permits, request inspections, and view inspection reports through MyPermitNow.
On the www.mygovernmentonline.org homepage:
Choose PERMITS AND LICENSING for building permits, trade permits, accessory structures, deck/patios, etc.
Choose PLANNING AND ZONING for subdivision plats, site plans, zoning, conditional uses, waivers, etc.
Click here to download the instructional guide which walks you through the process of setting up a user account, applying for permits and other functions of the MyPermitNow system. If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, a kiosk is located in the lobby of City Hall at 105 East Eggleston Street.
If you have questions about how to use the MyPermitNow system, please contact MyPermitNow customer support directly at 1-866-95PERMIT (73764) or email@example.com.
Please be aware that the MyPermitNow online system works best when using the Mozilla Firefox internet browser, which can be downloaded for free at the Mozilla Firefox website.
Be advised that Travis County ESD 12 (Fire Department) has a separate review process for some applications. Applicants should contact ESD 12 Fire Prevention to inquire if the proposed project requires review. (512) 272-4502 or firstname.lastname@example.org
